Restoration Oaks Ranch offers a unique experience that you will remember for a long time. Located just 35 miles north of Santa Barbara, Restoration Oaks Ranch is one of the best locations for a rustic, outdoor wedding.
The Ranch is just under 1,000 acres with numerous picturesque areas for a ceremony and landscaped open areas from your reception. Native Oaks, Sycamores, hills, natural brush and grasses cover the majority of the property. There is a 20 acre Blueberry Farm located near the front of the property. The roads are drivable throughout the property, and you are welcome to visit and explore all you’d like to find the perfect location for your wedding ceremony.

The ranch also has a beautiful four bedroom/3 bath home (The Retreat House) with a smaller, two bedroom/1 bath Guest Bungalow that is included in our complete wedding package,* or can be rented separately for additional nights if desired. Often, the wedding party
rents the houses before or after the wedding to house wedding guests, the wedding party, or just to use for the reception.
There’s a large gravel courtyard, a medium sized patio, and a huge landscaped lawn area with a bocce ball court. Also, off the central courtyard, there is another cabin-like room we call the Old Cookhouse. It’s a rustic lounge/game room, and it’s nice to have open during parties.
It is not necessary to rent the houses to use the property for your wedding or reception.

Accommodations and Venues of Restoration Oaks Ranch
Our complete Retreat House/Guest Bungalow—lawn/courtyard wedding and reception package pricing begin at —$5,500.00.
Price includes: 2 nights rental of both houses, wedding at your choice of location on the property, and a reception on the grounds of the house (lawn/courtyard/patios/’Old Cookhouse lounge room’). Up to 150 guests.
—Add $500. 00 for each group of 50 additional guests.
—Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays**.
Several other dedicated wedding areas options exist, a storage building/barn, and of course—the rest of the 1,000 acres to
choose from for your outdoor wedding or wedding and reception. Property use for 10 hours — $3,000.00
Price includes: Use of your chosen area for 10 hours for your wedding or your wedding and reception. Up to 150 guests.
